– Apply the fixing pencil to clean eyebrows, using short strokes from the base to the tip. Then comb the eyebrows upwards with a brush. If necessary, apply a coloured brow pencil over the wax one. Just be careful not to let foundation and powder extend into the eyebrow area – the wax may cause thick base makeup to congeal.
